As an organization committed to community-driven solutions for community problems, BraveAurora conducted a two-day training workshop on Child Protection, Safeguarding, and Case Management for its staff in Walewale to ensure those who come into contact with the organization and its work are protected from abuse and exploitation.

The #training focused on core safeguarding principles, identifying and reducing risks of harm, reporting and confidentiality, and the practical application of case management approaches. Participants also reflected on ethical responsibilities, referral pathways, and coordinated responses to ensure child-centred and accountable programming.

This capacity-strengthening initiative reinforces BRAVEAURORA’s commitment to safeguarding, professional excellence, and continuous learning, while also strengthening collaboration with partners to uphold the safety, dignity, and #well-being of #children across all interventions.
