Many women in our communities are actively running small businesses. Yet, limited knowledge in customer acquisition, savings, and financial management continues to hold them back from growing and sustaining their #businesses. Without these critical skills, businesses struggle to expand, profits remain unstable, and long-term financial security becomes difficult to achieve.
In response to these challenges, we engage 47 #women from Sawaba, Dimia, and Gaagbini for a Business Development training designed to address these gaps. The session focused on practical strategies for attracting and retaining customers, building a culture of savings, and managing finances more effectively.
Through shared learning and real-life application, #participants strengthened their confidence and gained the experience needed to make informed decisions and improve their businesses.
When women are #equipped to overcome these barriers, they don’t just increase their income, they create more stable households and contribute to stronger, more resilient #communities.
