Abuja | Die Angewandte | BRAVEAURORA – the new market in Guabuliga

We are proud of our cooperation with the Austrian embassy in Abuja and the team of the university for applied arts in vienna, lead by Baerbel Mueller, in establishing a new market in Guabuliga. Just recently, the embassy in Abuja released a report about our work.

In co-operation with a team of the [applied] Foreign Affairs Lab from the Institute of Architecture of the University of Applied Arts Vienna, the Upper Austrian non-governmental organisation Braveaurora has constructed a new market square in the village of Guabuliga in the far north of Ghana. The purpose of this project is to promote the economic development of Guabuliga and the surrounding area. The construction of the buildings and the furnishing of the marketplace have been supported, inter alia, by the Austrian Embassy in Abuja.
