Stored Data

If you contact us, either via mail or via form on this website, we will store all provided data for further follow-up questions.

Server Logs

Our webserver gathers data about the access of our webpage and stores this data in server logs. The following data will be collected:

  • Current timestamp when site was visited
  • Amount of data sent
  • Referrer that led you to a specific site
  • Used browser
  • Used operating system
  • Used IP address (anonymized)

All data collected is only used for improving the website, as it is easier to find and fix potential errors. Furthermore, it helps us detecting abuse on our website.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files which are stored on your device by your browser. They don’t cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly.

Tracking

Our website uses tracking functionality, provided by tracking service Matomo. This requires the use of cookies, which enable the collection of analytic data about usage of our website. All gathered information will be transferred to and save on our server.

Your IP address will be gathered, but immediately transformed into a pseudonym. Because of pseudonymization, no exact estimation about your location can be made.

With all gathered data, we want to enhance our website, which fully complies with the regulation of the European General Data Protection Regulation (eligible interest). Becuase we are really concerned about our user’s privacy, all data is pseudonymized.

Tracking data is not removed automatically.

Newsletter

Through ordering the newsletter you agree that all your given data may be processed for advertising purposes.
You may revoke this consent at any time without reason by clicking the unsubscribe link found in each newsletter.
If you want to change your data, you can use the corresponding data-change link in the newsletter.
For sending and analyzing our newsletters we use the e-mail marketing software mailworx. mailworx records the opening and clicking behavior. Specifically, the following information is tracked: time of delivery, time of opening, duration of opening, IP address of opening, used e-mail program (mail client), which link was clicked and the time of the click.
These data are processed exclusively within the European Union and are not disclosed to third parties.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: info@braveaurora.com. We will immediately delete your mail from our newsletter mailing list.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you think that processing your data violates the data protection law or if the rights of your data have otherwise been violated in any way, of course you can contact us anytime.
